Ina Garten 'Get The Look'

No one can set a table for entertaining quite like Ina Garten. She’s a master at making the table both elegant and comfortable. Sophisticated, yet welcoming you to sit, eat, and stay a while. With some of our favorite food-centered holiday celebrations coming up, we thought it was time for a quick ‘Get The Look’ with an autumn table setting.

We love Ina’s shot from Barefootcontessa.com and were inspired to make it our own with some fall blooms and our favorite La Rochere glassware. Although Ina loves to use a single bloom or color scheme for many of her arrangements, we opted for a range of fall colors.

The vases are our favorite Weck Jars. The jars show off full blooms and work well on tables because they aren’t too high – with low-sitting flowers you’re able to see over them and connect with your guests. Also, the Weck Jars kept the table casual – a good balance to La Rochere Amitie glassware. We also added some navy chevron napkins with black flatware and natural placemats for a comfy, casual lunch vibe.

We’d love to see your take on Ina’s causal table setting. Send your photos and ideas to info@cassandraskitchen.com (or leave a comment below).

Lovely post! I’m a sucker for dishes and table settings. Sometimes I even set the table FIRST and then decide what to cook based on what would look good with it! ? I’m hopeless!

Beautiful table! Love the glassware.
Where did you get the natural placements? They anchor the table perfectly.

Michael – thank you for the compliment. Our glasses are the La Rochere Amitie red wine glass available on our site. And we think the green ball things are Dianthus. Should be able to find them at any florist.

Thank you for reading along!
