We have made brownies, blondies and cookies in these and topped them warm out of the oven with ice cream. I’ve also used them for artichoke dip and queso dip - they look so cute right out of the oven!
They were also well packaged and arrived very quickly!
I believe on her television show she makes 5 servings and uses 3.5" skillets. In her book she makes 4 servings using 5" inch skillets. So it just depends on how many servings you plan on making.
I ordered these specifically because the link from Ina's Molten Skillet Brownies states that these are the skillets used in her recipe. However - these are 5" skillets -- Ina's recipe specifically states to use 3.5" skillets. VERY MISLEADING -- now I'm stuck the day before Thanksgiving - can't get the right size delivered on time. I'll just triple the recipe and wing it -- with SO many other things to prepare for Thanksgiving, really didn't need this :(.
