I have been a collector of all things Pillivuyt since I saw my first piece in a Paris bistro. I love its flexibility. durability and beauty. it can be casual or divinely formal. you can freeze it, Microwave it, or oven bake in it. it's a love affair. My husband managed to break a rectangular baker. I cried like it was a family member. Of course, I made him replace it. I still hold a grudge.
