I use this marinade on pork chops. I let them marinade for at least eight hours and it tenderizes and gives the chops a great but subtle flavor. It’s a ten in my kitchen.
I was hoping it would have a bourbon flavor. It doesn't. Nor is it unique in anyway. I had to doctor it.
